Some answers to frequently asked questions.
When will I receive my membership pack?
Packs will be shipping from December 21. You should expect a wait time of up to 6 weeks due to increased levels of mail around the world during the holiday season.
Who qualifies for this gift?
Anyone who is or will be a paid member of Delicacy as of December 21 2009.
What if I am not a member but join after December 21 2010?
You will qualify for the 2010 member's gift which will be an entirely different pack and will ship in December 2010.
Can I buy a membership pack if I'm not a member?
No. We are only producing enough quantities to supply members and these items will never be made for sale to the general public.

Helpful information for those attending Darren Hayes' New Years Eve concert in London
The
doors will be open for entry from 7pm. There will be two separate
lines into the club, one for ticket holders, another for people
collecting tickets from the box office. If you are
collecting tickets Ticketweb has advised you will need to bring the
credit card you used to purchase tickets originally.
Everyone
will be issued with a wristband upon entry. If you need to leave the
club for any reason this wrist band will serve as your re-entry into the
club.
Cafe Rez on the corner of the the Club
Colosseum complex will be open throughout the day from 11am to 8pm
serving hot & cold drinks also Thai food. There are numerous
restaurants and bars in Victoria should anybody wish to eat locally
before entry.
This year we will have exclusive
use of the Riverside Bar with its fabulous views of the River Thames as
well as the main auditorium which is a intimate room offering excellent
views of the stage. There are cloakroom facilities within the club.
Please be advised that the taking of photographs
or use of recording equipment is not permitted during the
performance.
The night looks set to be a great event.
The first of our special guests Miss Polly Rae will be appearing at 8.30pm and comedienne Kandi Kane will be onstage at 9.15pm.
Darren's
show starts at 10pm. At the conclusion of his show he'll lead a toast
at midnight to welcome in the New Year. As the clock strikes 12 he
will introduce his D.J mix
and party on until doors close at 3am.

Special announcement for fanclub members registered for early entry (6.00.pm) to NYE show |

Early entry admission for fanclub members will take place in "Cafe Rez"
which is part of the Club Colosseum complex (entrance is on the corner
of the building). Registration will begin at 5pm for early entry at 6pm.
You
will need to bring a form of official ID, ideally photo I.D, to obtain
your tickets and a wristband. Should you leave the club for any reason
throughout the evening this wristband will serve as your re-entry into
the club.
If you need to collect tickets these will also be available at this registration. Please be aware if
you have bought tickets for friends or family outside of your 'plus
one' allocation you will be able to collect the tickets to pass on to
your guests but they will need to join the general admission queue from 7pm to collect their wristbands.
At
6pm all Fan club members will be escorted through from the Cafe
directly into the venue so there will be no need to queue to gain entry
to the club.
We
know
some of you like to get there early and Cafe Rez
has informed us they will be open from 11am - 8pm serving hot &
cold drinks and their Thai food should anyone wish to purchase food or
drink on premises while they are waiting for registration.
Alternatively, there are a number of cafe's and restaurants in nearby Victoria.
The
show is in a bigger room than the previous show at Club Colosseum with
some raised areas so once inside you'll be able to decide which is the best position for an excellent view of the stage. This
year we will also have exclusive use of the riverside bar with it's
fabulous view of the River Thames. Cloakroom facilities are available in the club.

Congratulations to Jane Wallace of Blender who recently entered 'This Delicate Film We've Made' deluxe edition into the Desktop Create Awards, run by a national magazine, and won the award for Print Design - Commercial! Well Done!
In other unrelated news, Darren landed in Sydney this morning at 6am from San Francisco. He is in Australia for 3 weeks to record material for his new album. He has already been to the gym and done a work out is now headed out to lunch with some good friends!

In anticipation of the New Years Eve pre-sale going live on April 20 we
want to give you more information of how members will be able to secure
early access to the venue on the day of the gig. As we've promised, fan
club members with tickets will be admitted to the venue from 6pm which
is one hour before the general public. This offer is for current fan
club members and a single guest (yourself and your guest must have a valid ticket each).
In order to make sure this privilege is reserved for Club Delicacy
members and their guest only - you will be required to register online
and bring I.D on the night for the fan club entry. We will provide
online registration on April 21 onwards for those who managed to
purchase tickets. On the day of the event you will be required to show
I.D and have your name checked off the Delicacy guest list if you want
to take advantage of the earlier door time. Please have your guest with
you at this time as only Fan Club member names will be on our list.
Please note as part of member privileges you are entitled to purchase
as many pre-sale tickets as you like however your early access is
limited to you plus one ticketed guest. This is to protect your member
privileges. If you are purchasing additional tickets in the presale for
friends who aren't fan club members, they won't be able to join you and
your plus one at early access but will be allowed to enter the venue
from 7pm.
