how am i supposed to join the FC?

Ok..I click on the STORE,then I add membership subscription to cart.Then Im doing the checkout.And then it says Member's Only Page

This page is for members only, and your subscription information shows that your membership has either expired or you are only registered on the site, and have not yet become a member.

So only members can buy membership?i cant get any further,Thats ridiculous LOL

I think you have to wait a little bit till you can enter the site. I think it took one day when I became a member (or less?). And welcome!

well i didnt BUY membership,cos it doesnt let me.All i can do is just add it to cart.I cant even pay lol.

go there and scrowl down, there's a part where you, when you are new, can give your details. if that doesn't work I have no idea what else to do...

It doesnt give me that option..It says Im registered for the site and i think the store too then :confused: :pinch:

Can you log out and go here to the "join" page and try it from that way. See if it makes a diff. You will be asked to log in before you give any details but I want you to try it by logging off before you get to that page.

I had that same problem a few months ago with the store...I can't remember what I did that fixed it though. It was something to do with my address ...like some odd thing that didn't really have anything to do with eachother. Or to me it didn't seem like it did.

Did you actually hit the 'log out' button? Cause..I think you have to. I have that happen to me sometimes.

Honestly, I think the problem was resolved for me by putting an underscore in front of my 5 digit zip code in my address.

What that has to do with it..idunno?

If you're stuck being logged in...try deleting all your cookies and temp files...and THEN come to dh.com and try buying your membership. :) See if that works...if not...and you still really wanna join...give it a week and a bit, and then try emailing Tracey - she should be back home in OZ by then...and might be able to help you. Good Luck!!! :)

I have the same problem when i'm trying to register too. But when I log-out and delete my cookies I can't register the same username again right? I want to keep the username I have now. I emailed them about this problem.;)

Hi I am having problems too. I put my order in on the 24th April, got a confirmation email but still it won't let me log in - status say "expired" still. I have emailed the fanclub, guess I will just have to wait until I hear something - in the mean time I will check if the money has been taken - maybe there was some problem with Paypal or something and the email was just an automatic responce....I don't know.
