Hi there. Just joined the forum here and I did it with an important goal in mind. I want to get Darren heard in the states!! I live in NC and while people do know Savage Garden, the name Darren Hayes is not well known at all. So very sad!!
But! I want to initiate the help of my fellow americans to help me in spreading the word about Darren Hayes! He has so much talent, heart and wit it should be easy for us to do!!
I am currently compiling a list of various shows that air on channels across the US which have links in which you can suggest a guest. Also shows any shows or radio programs that have email addresses and phone numbers. If we as true Darren fans will unite and show our interest someone is bound to take notice. Besides, they can not do anything but invite him if they are bombarded with requests for him!!
All we need is to get some air time and more radio play and he is sure to ignite here all over again!!! If you would like a list of places to contact please email me at werehunter@gmail.com or betsy@bbnp.com.
Just think, if we can pull this off there are sure to be some US concert dates in the near furture. Once the Savage Garden fans and people who will become his fans here his amazing voice and sample his catching blend of wit and charm they will be hooked and then he will return to where he should be....on the charts here in the states at #1.
